What is a fine art print ?

A "fine art print" is also known as a giclee print or archival print. This means it is printed with the best quality archival inks on to archival card to produce a never-fading, museum quality print that will last a lifetime. It's hard to translate how stunning the prints are via photos on a website - to view these in real life is just amazing with their bright colours, crisp finish and stunning subtle textured card.

Treat me with care !

Fine art prints are extremely delicate and need to be treated with great care. Every single print I produce is looked over thoroughly to ensure there are no imperfections before being carefully packaged and shipped either in a rigid envelope or tube. When you receive your art - depending on the size - it is best to take it direct to a professional framer without taking it out of the tube.

For the smaller sizes that fit in to ready-made frames (8x10in, 11x14in, 16x20in/406x508mm) these can be more easily handled and are safe to take out of the packaging at home in a clean environment. Avoid touching the face of the print AT ALL and just hold by outer edges only. Don't take your print out of the sleeve until it is going straight into a frame.
