About Lysa Jordan

Her ability to create, conceive and gently express a strong and profound message leads her to explore a world of emotions, colour and love for nature that fuels the complexity of her aesthetic language.

Lysa Jordan is known for her capacity to illustrate her emotions, her perception of life and her interpretation of the strength/softness duality inherent in women.

Whether on canvas or watercolour paper, her abstract paintings made with a fine selection of acrylics, oil pastels, oil paintings and inks, express a balance between fullness and emptiness, directed by an emotion of tranquility. These results, both serene and sometimes chaotic, are obtained by an accumulation of multiple layers applied with different tools and techniques, and varying intensities.

Lysa Jordan

I was born in Trois-Rivières and grew up all over Quebec. I met Sergio at the Siboire in Sherbrooke, it was love at first sight. We moved to Montreal to live the dream of the metropolis, the action, the subway and all the exotic fruits and vegetables you can buy. Moreover, to found Atelier 1064 and live the whole adventure of entrepreneurship. I knew I wanted to be an artist at the age of eight, in the basement of my grandma, herself a painter.

Manager & architect

I was born in Colombia and grew up in Quebec since my teenage years. After my studies in architecture, I met Lysa. We moved to Montreal together to found our first company, Atelier 1064. An architecture and design agency that still runs seamlessly. This first entrepreneurial adventure was the result of the desire to create and design according to our values and convictions. This same goal has taken us to create a new entrepreneurial adventure, Lysa Jordan. An adventure in which art takes on greater value, every single day.
