Shipping
Canada and US Orders
We currently use Canada Post service, UPS or FedEx for shipping orders within the United States. All orders ship within 3-5 business days (expected delivery time might vary from one place to another). Below is a breakdown of how each product is sent:
• Original paintings and prints: ground service with tracking
Items ordered together might not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured any shipping delay would be communicated within 2 business days of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 7 days of placing your order.
Please note that for US orders, any taxes and duties due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Return & exchange
We are here to help — send us an email. However, all paintings, prints and gift cards are final. Moreover, each of the works is the result of the artist, not the buyer. Please contact info@lysajordan.com if you have a question. We would love to hear from you.
1. Do you have a studio or gallery where I can view available pieces?
Currently, studio visits are possible by appointment only. Please email info@lysajordan.com prior to your visit to schedule a time.
2. Do you take commissions?
I certainly do! If you are looking for a custom piece, please email me at info@lysajordan.com. I will then give more details, depending on your demand.
3. What is your return/exchange policy?
All paintings and prints are final. Please see our return & exchange section for more information.
4. Do you offer designer discounts on paintings?
We offer designer discounts on multiple paintings purchased at the same time, but not on a single painting.
5. When will you have new work available?
The best way to find out when new work will be available is by following me on Instagram, as I try to post daily what I am working on the studio. If you see a particular painting that you love on Instagram, but is not yet listed in my shop, please email info@lysajordan.com for size and pricing information.
6. Are you planning to bargain?
Well, prices are final and fairly calculated.
