Spring in January

Hello! I hope you’re doing well.

January is usually a month I enjoy —I’ve always loved the quiet beauty of winter. But this year, for some reason, I find myself longing for spring. Perhaps it’s the anticipation of new beginnings and fresh blooms that has me daydreaming about warmer days. In the meantime, I wanted to share a few pictures of some recent watercolor paintings I’ve been working on.

I’ve been sneaking in painting sessions whenever I can find a moment to myself. Balancing creative time with my part-time design work and life as a mom to my two-year-old keeps me busy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. She fills my days with joy, and I cherish every second with her—she truly is the best.

I hope these little glimpses of my latest work bring a bit of inspiration to your day.

I've added a few of my favorite art supplies to my Amazon storefront, which I used to create these new paintings.

I’ve also added a few new original watercolors on my website. Click here for more

Lately, I’ve been re-watching Miss Potter (for the fourth or fifth time!). It’s such a charming and heartwarming film about the life of Beatrix Potter—perfect if you’re in the mood for something inspiring and delightful.

xx
