New artwork & supplies I currently love
In the last few weeks, I have created a series of abstract paintings inspired by the vibrant colours and shifting moods of autumn. These works capture the essence of the season with bold strokes of burnt orange, deep reds, and soft yellows, reflecting the changing foliage and crisp air. Each piece evokes the fleeting beauty of fall, utilising texture and movement to convey the sensation of leaves rustling underfoot and the gentle chill that accompanies shorter days.

This new artwork represents a culmination of my exploration of colour and form, reflecting a deep connection to the themes of nature and identity. Each element has been thoughtfully crafted to evoke emotion and provoke thought, inviting viewers to engage and interpret in their own unique way. I hope this piece resonates and inspires reflection, much like it did during its creation.

Color Palette Inspiration & New Posca Pens
I recently added a set of new Posca pens to my collection, featuring vibrant colours that have instantly become essential to my creative process. My current favourite colour palette at the moment revolves around rich teal, warm mustard, warm greys and dark green. These hues blend beautifully, allowing for dynamic contrasts and striking visuals in my artwork. The versatility of the pens enhances this palette, enabling me to experiment with different layering techniques and textures, resulting in eye-catching pieces that truly express my artistic style. Iâve been also using a lot of pencil crayons lately.

Embrace the vibrant energy of yellows, the calming quality of blues, and the warmth of reds as you mix and combine them on your palette. Allow yourself to be mindful of the choices you make, and let the colours inspire your imagination.

Field Trip
I had one of those weeks where I just couldn't find any inspiration. So, I decided to shake things up and take my watercolor painting outside. I hopped on my bike and headed to my favorite peaceful riverbankâa place that often sparks my creativity. With my watercolor paint set, sketchbook, a bunch of different-sized brushes, a container for rinsing brushes, and some pens and crayons, I was all set for a fun, creative day.
